This Seems Odd To Me
I don't know about you all, but the term "Go Postal" seems like something the post office might want to avoid. Or are they trying to take it back (yes I saw Clerks 2)
I found this on Wikipedia about the origin of the term. Nothing about food drives.

I was in my 20's when that saying was coined. When I told my 20ish friend about fur coats getting paint & acid thrown on them during that time, they were equally puzzled.
Hey envoy. Thanks for stopping by. Yeah I remember the 90's when all of that postal shooting was going on. I guess younger folks may not get the connection.
